???????Mrs. Mamta Shah is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Citizens Advice Bureau India. She was born in India on June 15, 1988 in Singrauli District of Madhya Pradesh state. She established the Citizens Advice Bureau India in the year 2009 at a very young age of 21 with the mission to Reach, Educate, Inspire, Grow and Nurture today’s generation by sharing knowledge & experience. Focused approach, strong communication and administrative skills along with the all important ability to lead the team members in unison and in the overall interest of the organization, is the hallmark of Citizens Advice Bureau India. She is primarily responsible for the administrative and business planning & development matters. She also takes keen interest in business associate management relationship, which makes this dynamic lady who also can be termed as the architect of Citizens Advice Bureau India, the most respected and loved one, by all in the Bureau. Mrs. Shah is a graduate in Arts & Education from APS University Rewa and well equipped with all the administrative skills, as required for successful operation of the Citizens Advice Bureau India at this level.

Social initiatives

Mrs. Mamta Shah along with other 12 social activists founded a national level non-profit making, non-political and non-religious voluntary organization named Supremo Community Friendly Association in the year 2009 for development of disadvantaged groups, especially rural and tribal families in the country, through grassroots action, research & education. She is Founder President of this NGO and also deal with social issues like women empowerment, girl child, gender issues, education & training, employment, pollution, street children, slum dwellers, health, urban development, human rights, concerns of less privileged etc. Under the mentorship of Mrs. Mamta Shah, Citizens Advice Bureau India team has started various campaigns in social interest:-
